A 51,552-square-foot medical workplace with a retail element is deliberate in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island.

The proposed challenge contains 5 interconnected buildings on 5.97 acres.

The location is south of Florida 312 and east of Mizell Street and a Gate fuel station and comfort retailer.

St. Augustine-based Gulfstream Design Group LLC is the civil engineer and Viviani Holdings LLC is the landowner and developer.

Viviani purchased the property in 2016 from the Church of the Spirit Motion for $500,000. Viviani Holdings has addresses related to the Florida Middle for Dermatology at 1301 Plantation Island Drive S., Suite 106B, and Doctor’s Ache Middle at 105 Southpark Blvd., Suite A-103. Each are in St. Augustine.

The proposed medical places of work could be south of Florida 312 and east of Mizell Street. Website plans present 129 parking areas.

The licensed member of Viviani Holdings is Jonathan Kantor of St. Augustine, a physician on the Florida Middle for Dermatology.

Based on a 2023 utility authorized by the St. Augustine Planning and Zoning Affiliation, the challenge was granted a rezoning exemption from Industrial Medium Depth to Industrial Medium One. Industrial Medium One signifies a decrease stage of business exercise.
