Gateway Jax submits designs for residences and grocery retailer at former Baptist auditorium web site

The Gateway Jax growth partnership is searching for conceptual approval from the Downtown Improvement Evaluate Board for designs of its Block N7 challenge to exchange the previous First Baptist Church fundamental auditorium.

In 2022, JWB and Nook Lot spent almost $750,000 to arrange the auditorium for “Past Van Gogh: The Immersive Expertise.” The area later hosted the “Past King Tut” exhibit.

Nook Lot CEO Andy Allen stated in 2022 they named the auditorium NoCo Heart after Downtown’s North Core.
