Kamarcio Antonio Mitchell, 29, was sentenced Thursday to fifteen years and 10 months in federal jail whereas Devon Jamal Graham, 29, was sentenced to 12 years in October. They each beforehand pleaded responsible to weapons- and drug-related prices.
